Brilliant Uncirculated and a whisker away from the Choice category with only trivial surface handling evidence preventing that designation. One of the two finest examples of this scarcer date seen by the cataloger and one of only two Mint State examples currently certified at NGC; very rare and most desirable in this handsome preservation.
