Republic gold Ducat 1930 MS65 NGC, KM8. This splendid coin has a full strike, brilliant luster and immaculate surfaces for the issue. Recently an example hammered for $1,581 without the buyer's premium on October 2nd 2016 at Aurea Numismatika's E-Auction 8. This example seems to be on par with the recently auctioned and has received the coveted Gem designation from NGC. To date this coin is tied for the finest known at NGC.
