Regensburg. Free City Taler 1763 AU53 NGC, Dav-2620. The details are very well struck on both sides and some handling marks exist on the obverse within the fields. There is a light surface scratch that can be seen with the aid of a loupe. Despite the slight wear the reverse appears unscathed with beautiful light amber patina and the obverse has this delightful appearance as well. Overall this Taler has exceptional eye-appeal for the designated grade.
