George II Shilling 1739 MS64 NGC, Royal mint, KM561.4. This is a remarkably toned example with that picturesque eye-appeal. The outer rings start with steel blue into a bit of purple into a hints of merlot. The reverse has similar toning with remarkable details and very attractive cartwheel luster. Extremely elegant to view in hand and difficult to set down.
