Republic gold 50 Pesos 1921 MS64 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM481, Fr-172. The inaugural year of this highly-collected series, not often presented at this near-Gem level of preservation, and asserting a small mintage figure for the type. The handsomely-toned, saffron-gold surfaces contain few handling marks and are host to impeccably-rendered design features that are dressed with peach-colored luster that mottles both sides. Decidedly impressive and eye-appealing thusly.
