France, Charles IX King of France, 1560-1574. Bronze medallion with portrait of the King and text "Carolus Decimus Francium Rex" surrounding, reverse has the Crown in the centre and text surrounding, superb AU/UNC, but possibly a later re strike due to the edge looking machine struck and too much detail, a nice piece with a slight convex appearance. 40mm diameter.
