Troas, Scepsis. Vespasian. A.D. 69-79. AE 17 (16.79 mm, 2.87 g, 6 h). CЄBACT[OC], laureate head right / [CKHΨIΩN], facing horned bust of Pan or Dionysos. RPC 2327; Lindgren III 315; SNG Von Aulock 7655. Fine, devices contrast nicely with fields. 

RPC says "Uncertain, Tiberius?" a listing on wildwinds gives it to Vespasian, but with an incorrect RPC number (903)
