Cappadocia, Caesarea. Julia Maesa. Augusta, A.D. 218-224/5. AE 36 (35.79 mm, 22.84 g, 11 h). A.D. 218-222. IOYΛIA [MAICA] CЄB[ACTH], diademed and draped bust of empress right; countermark in right field / MHTPOΠ[O KAICAPI]AC / NEΩKOPOY / Є[T B], Mount Argaeus with a naked male figure on the summit and a tetrastyle temple at base flanked by two agnostic urns. Sydenham Caesarea supplement 531d; BMC 326. Extremely Rare, perhaps second known.

This coin is accompanied by a certificate from David Sear. Sear writes: "The only other known specimen of this type is in the collection of the American Numismatic Society (ANS) in New York and is cited as number 531d in Alex Malloy's 1978 Supplement to E.A. Sydenham's 1933 work The Coinage of Caesarea in Cappadocia."
