His pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield decorated with horseman; D N THEODOSIVS P F AVG / Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, holding scepter and Victory on globe, resting right foot on prow; * to left, CONCORDIA AVGGH around, CONOB in exergue. RIC X 202. Good Very Fine; attractive red-gold tone; a few light scratches on obverse. Scarce.
