His radiate and draped bust right; Q HER ETR MES DECIVS NOB C / Spes advancing left, holding flower and raising hem of skirt; SPES PVBLICA. RIC IV.3 149. RSC 38. Extremely Fine; broad flan; lustrous with light peripheral toning; no wear but high points of image details (center of coin) flatly struck; overall an exceptional example of a coin often found with issues.
