1793 1C Liberty Cap, S-13, B-20, Low R.4 -- Environmental Damage -- Genuine PCGS. Poor / Fair Details. Most of the date and LIBERTY are readable, and the portrait is outlined. The reverse is heavily worn but the ribbons, stems, and lower leaves are evident. Much of the obverse is pitted, and the lower half of the reverse displays faint pinscratches. Nonetheless, a genuine 1793 Liberty cap cent, rarest among the three major first-year cent types. Our EAC grade Poor 1.
