1925-D 1C MS65 Red PCGS. The 1925-D, while not in the same class of challenge as the 1925-S, is nonetheless elusive in Gem Red grade. This beautiful pumpkin-gold Red Gem has an impressive strike, especially on Lincoln's shoulder and opposite on the O in ONE. The surfaces are essentially unabraded, and carbon is virtually absent. Exemplary quality for this scarce branch mint issue. Population: 69 in 65 (1 in 65+) Red, 2 finer (1/17).
