1928-S 1C Large S, FS-501, MS64 Red PCGS. Concerning the 1928-S cent, Cherrypickers' states that the "large, trumpet-style S mintmark is very scarce and highly collectible." A lower mintage branch mint issue, it is conditionally rare regardless of the mintmark size. This coruscating orange-gold cent shows a hint of lilac on the reverse. Carbon and contact are absent.
