1883 5C No Cents PR67 PCGS. A one-year type coin without CENTS on the lower reverse. This Superb Gem proof is among the finest reported by the grading services, with PCGS having certified only nine coins in this non-Cameo grade (1/17). The strike is sharp on the obverse but lacking definition on the reverse corn ear left of the wreath bow. The obverse has modest field-device contrast, and both sides enjoy delicate iridescent toning.
