Standing Liberty Quarters
1924-S 25C MS64 Full Head PCGS. CAC. Always challenging when well-struck, the 1924-S requires extra effort to find a sharp example. This Choice Uncirculated piece is crisply defined for the issue, not only at the head details (which clearly qualify for the assigned Full Head designation), but on the shield rivets, central portrait features, the eagle's plumage, and the wing edges. Golden toning with a russet hue combines with pearlescent silver surfaces for natural eye appeal. Some areas of deeper toning exist in crevices of the obverse devices. One of the few CAC-endorsed coins at this level or finer. Population: 81 in 64 (1 in 64+) Full Head, 45 finer. CAC: 14 in 64, 6 finer (12/16).
