1942 25C PR68 NGC. A conditionally rare example, among the finer-known proof 1942 Washington quarters. The strike is bold, and the fields are highly reflective. Most of each side displays dusky cream-gold toning, but the upper and lower obverse rims exhibit a tinge of deep amber and crimson. Census: 22 in 68 (3 in 68★), 1 finer (12/16).
