The obverse has the usual worn-die strike, while the sharp reverse denotes the most desirable of the three No D die pairs. This piece displays satiny luster and olive-tinted orange-gold coloration. The surfaces have a slight sheen, indicated by the Details grade from PCGS, but the overall appeal is better than expected. An acceptable alternative to a scarce and costly Mint State coin.
