1915 1C PR66 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. The 1915 matte proof is scarce in Premium Gem condition regardless of the shade of its luster, as only 1,150 pieces were ever struck. This luminous Red and Brown specimen displays rich burgundy overtones throughout coppery-red surfaces, with full design definition. A few tiny specks do not detract. Population: 24 in 66 (4 in 66+) Red and Brown, 1 finer. CAC: 18 in 66, 2 finer (1/17).
