1944 50C MS68 NGC. Typically, collectors acquire the 1944 Walker in MS67 or MS67+ due to the rarity of finer examples. Here, we offer one of the finer examples. This piece is one only two in this top grade at NGC, and there is just one other MS68 at PCGS (1/17). The coin is boldly struck and frosty with delicate pastel rainbow toning that surrounds the borders. The interiors exhibit a hint of warm champagne color.
