1884-O $1 MS66 PCGS. CAC. Given the flamboyant obverse coloration, it would be easy to gloss over the technical quality of this CAC-endorsed Premium Gem dollar, but that would be a mistake. The surfaces are nearly free of bagmarks or abrasions and the O-Mint strike is quite sharp for the issue. The brilliant reverse shows a few faint glints of gold at the rims, while the obverse is a riotous affair of fuscia-pink, amazonite-blue, violet, flame-orange, and canary-yellow. Expect competition from all sides when this stunning dollar is called.
