1882-CC $20 AU55 NGC. Variety 1-A. There are two known die pairs for the 1882-CC, which claims a mintage of 39,140 coins. This is the scarcer variant with the first C slightly higher than the second. A blend of khaki and peach-gold hues covers this partly lustrous and well-detailed Choice AU survivor. Myriad marks, including two noteworthy abrasions near stars 6 and 7, are scattered throughout.
