Betts-506. 1760 Charles III Vera Cruz Proclamation Medal, Cast Silver -- Holed -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. We are only aware of two examples of this extremely rare proclamation medal. An armored bust of Charles III faces right, with the arms of Vera Cruz on the reverse. Light silver surfaces have been cleaned with faint scratches. Holed at 12 o'clock. 33.8 mm, 12.0 grams.
