Rich ocean-blue centers are bounded by light peripheral golden-brown toning. A moderately circulated example of this scarce Washington medal. The New York chapter of the Washington Benevolent Society was established in 1808, and served as a political club for the Federalist Party. (Est. $800-$1,200).
