1867 50C PR65 PCGS. Strong reflectivity emerges beneath the rich patina covering both sides of this Gem specimen. The colors include hues of teal, copper, cobalt-blue, violet, and deep pink. The design elements exhibit a bold level of detail, further adding to the exceptional appearance of the coin. A few delicate hairlines are present but are lost in the toning, and are entirely nondistracting. This survivor is from a low mintage of 625 coins.
