Walking Liberty Half Dollars
1940-S 50C MS66+ PCGS. CAC. This must be one of the best-struck examples of the worst-struck issue in the Walking Liberty half dollar set. Liberty's thumb is clear. Each side is near-pristine and essentially brilliant with a few blushes of pale gold color. There are 13 finer submissions at PCGS (1/17).
