Three Dollar Gold Pieces
1854-O $3 AU53 PCGS. Variety 2. A yellow-gold example with lightly marked fields and moderate contact on Liberty's cheek. A few small, shallow strike-throughs are of mint origin. Luster fills the legends and outlines the motifs. The ribbon loop and ends are lapped, characteristic of most New Orleans three dollar gold pieces.
