Indian Half Eagles
1911 $5 MS64 PCGS. The 1911 half eagle is easily obtainable in grades through MS64, but Gem-quality examples are scarce, and finer pieces are prohibitively rare. This Choice example exhibits satiny green-gold luster, with only a few minor abrasions limiting the grade. The strike is lacking on the lower portion of the headdress feathers, though the eagle's feathers are well-defined.
