Head of the deified Alexander the Great right, wearing diadem and horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros enthroned left, shield decorated with Medusa's head resting against base of throne, on which monogram, spear resting behind; lion's head below right hand, ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to right, ΛΥΣΙMΑXOY to left.
