IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate, cuirassed bust right, younger features with cropped beard / IOVI CONSERVATORI, Jupiter, nude, standing facing, head left, drapery over left arm and spread behind, thunderbolt in right hand, long vertical scepter in left, small figure of Macrinus standing facing at left, heard right, left arm extended. RIC 76. aEF/gVF, well centered, nice metal and attractive golden toning. Scarce.
