LIBERTY / 1799, draped bust of Liberty right, seven stars to left, six stars to right / UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, "13-star reverse" = heraldic eagle facing, wings spread; head left, holding banner reading, E PLURIBUS UNUM in beak, arrows and olive-branch with berries in talons; above eagle, beneath a "sky" of seven clouds are thirteen stars arranged in three rows of six, five and two respectively.
