Colima Shaman from West Mexico, Ca. 300 B.C. - 300 A.D. This nice Archaic type is 6-1/8" high and depicts a shaman wearing a short loin cloth, ear spools indicated with perforation, with the characteristic horn protruding from the top of the elongated head indicative of his elite status.
