Pisidia, Apollonia Mordiaeum. Gallienus. A.D. 253-268. Æ medallion (40 mm, 30.01 g, 6 h). [AVT K Π Λ] ΓAΛΛIHN[OC], Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus right / AΠOΛ-[Λ]Ω-NI-AIΩN around, ΛY ΘP KO in exergue, octastlye temple containing statue of the emperor standing facing, head left, holding globe(?) and scepter. Von Aulock, Pisidiens II 157-83; SNG BN 1365-6; SNG Copenhagen 99; SNG von Aulock 4999. Green patina, numerous ancient peck-marks all over suggesting contemporary intentional defacement. Fine.
