IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right / P M T-R P V COS II P P, S C in exergue, Apollo seated left, holding laurel branch and resting arm on lyre. RIC 303a. Dark brown patina, minor flan flaws on obverse, otherwise excellent metal and surfaces. Choice about extremely fine.
