EASTERN EUROPE, Imitations of Philip II of Macedon. 2nd-1st centuries BC. AR Tetradrachm (18.5mm, 10.29 g). Mit Buckelavers type. Mint in Northern Hungary or Southern Slovakia. Laureate head of Zeus right / Rider on horse advancing left. OTA 353; KMW 1286. Fine, struck from heavily worn dies, as usual.

The crude dies for this series appear to have become heavily worn quickly in their use, such that the types on most examples are nearly unrecognizable.
