ATTICA, Athens. Circa 165-42 BC. AR Tetradrachm (30mm, 16.86 g, 11h). New Style coinage. Timarchou-, Nikago-, and Sosige-, magistrates. Struck 134/3 BC. Helmeted head of Athena right / Owl standing right on amphora, head facing; magistrates' names in field; to left, star within anchor; Δ on amphora, ME below; all within wreath. Thompson 363g = Svoronos, Monnaies, pl. 50, 5 (same dies); HGC 4, 1602. Good VF.
