Nova Scotia. Victoria bronze Specimen Pattern Cent 186- SP63 Red and Brown PCGS, London mint, NS-10. A scarce pattern issue that presents an incomplete date, with rich, deeply toned chestnut surfaces and hints of coppery-red color that cling to the raised elements. Closer inspection reveals a variety of intriguing strike-throughs, one in the Queen's hair and the other to the left of her portrait, while the designs themselves contain a minimal level of softness throughout. An example that will likely engage the viewer for prolonged study, and highly pleasing as such.Ex. Norweb; Temple CollectionsFrom the Schroeder Collection of Canadian Coins
