Henry VI (First Reign, 1422-1461) gold 1/2 Noble 1422-c. 1430 AU55 NGC, London mint, Annulet Issue, Lis mm, S-1805, North-1417. Crowned king with sword and shield standing facing in ship, an annulet by his sword arm / Floriate cross with "h" in central quadrilobe, an annulet in one spandrel. An attractive circulated example with little striking weakness, but mildly pronounced wear along faint waves in the planchet. A generally well-struck piece and scarce.From the Law Collection
