Victoria bronzed Proof Penny 1860 PR66 PCGS, Royal mint, Freeman-4, Peck-1622 (R). Obv. Obverse and mantled bust of Queen Victoria left, L.C. Wyon on truncation of bust. Rev. Rev. Helmeted Britannia, with shield and trident, seated to right on a rock, with date in exergue and incuse L.C.W. below shield. A truly Superb example of this rare Proof issue. The strike is bold, and the fields nicely mirrored, with even chocolate-brown toning on both sides. No mentionable flaws. impair the pristine surfaces of this gorgeous Proof piece.
