Elizabeth II gold "Silver Jubilee" Medal 1977 UNC, Royal mint, 57mm, 152.13g, Eimer-2135a. By B. Sindall. A highly appealing example of this large 22k gold medal, a runner-up in the design for a Jubilee Crown, according to Eimer. The obverse depicts the queen enthroned and the reverse is anchored around a Tudor rose, with reddish toning along the peripheries. This lot includes the original case of issue and COA #55.
