Nicholas II silver Medal on the "200th Anniversary of the L. G. Kexholm Regiment" 1910 MS62 PCGS, by A. Griliches, Jr., Diakov-1485.1 (R3), Smirnov-1419, 70mm. Obv. Conjoined portraits of Nicholas II and Peter I left. Rev. Scene of the 1710 bombardment of the Kexholm fortress by Russian gunners. Well struck, with prooflike fields and a few light marks. Both sides exhibit pleasing gold, red, and blue patina. An extremely rare medal in silver and the first we have seen.
