Cascading pearly luster moves throught the silver white surfaces when turned in the light, unhindered by any significant contact marks or sign of handling. Soft translucent toning is present in legends giving and almost imperceptible sky blue hue. Tied with seventeen other examples in this grade with only one other graded higher which is more impressive when the total population of nearly 2,100 pieces graded by PCGS and NGC is taken into account.
