L&M-465; K-208; Y-73.4; WS-0646. Curled "3" with a far strange "4". Good full strike with complete detail to dragon and sharp lettering. The obverse is toned with splashes of golden umber, peach and dusty rose colors with full underlying luster beneath. The reverse has deeper hued coloring and is the source of the noted environmental damage as it seems to have been in contact with a more reactive metal or more exposed to outside elements and the luster has been severely subdued if not deadened.
