An intriguing pattern issue complete with a complex list of References. A mule featuring the Dragon side of a Fukien Custom House issue (CL-FK.18) and the Chinese inscription side of a Hunan Pattern 10 Cash (CL-HUN.97). Speculation surrounding the origin of this piece points towards Otto Beh company in Germany. Sure to find a home in an advanced collection of pattern coinage.
