Watch List notes:

The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Commander's (CBE Military) original case (EIIR issue), together with original neck ribbon and matching miniature ribbon, inside case is an official, original card that reads, 'Surgeon Rear Admiral L.Lockwood C.B.E.' and original instructions for wearing. Some foxing spots on card, otherwise very fine. Provenance - Rear Admiral Lionel Lockwood CBE, MVO, DSC, MD.BS, FRACP, QHS, Medical Director General of RAN from 1955, retired 1964, died 1987. He was appointed CBE in 1957.
