London lower left (Vort-Ronald, Fig.173 and [p162], comments p162 on bank, also Tomlinson p66). Extremely fine and rare, in a PVC holder housed in a cardboard frame, originally from a booklet. Provenance - Ex R.J.Sewell Collection.
