This note is from the European Theater and is signed by US and Canadian troops being Prisoners of War in STAGLAG 10B GERMANY! This is one of the very few Russian short snorters ever seen, and the only one from a German POW Camp we have ever run across. VERY GOOD with damaged ends from tape removal. A unique opportunity. VG.
