1794 1/2 C High Relief Head, C-8, B-8, R.5 -- Rim Damage -- Genuine PCGS. VF Details. Manley Die State 2.0. A nicely defined walnut-brown example of the very scarce to rare Cohen-8 variety. The PCGS designation refers to "the deep linear depression above L and BER of LIBERTY [that] appears to us to be mint-made," as described for its Norweb catalog appearance. The right obverse field retains fissures present on the planchet before the strike, and a spot is noted below the IT in UNITED. Our EAC grade Fine 12.
