Proof Indian Cents
1877 1C PR64 Red and Brown NGC. Given the perennially strong demand for 1877 Indian Head cent circulation strikes, of which only 852,500 pieces were produced, it is little wonder that proofs of that year come under such intense date pressure. This Choice Red and Brown proof cent is incredibly eye-appealing example with a spectacular array of iridescent rose, violet, blue, and sea-green color patina each side. Minuscule contact marks are unobtrusive. Encapsulated in a prior generation holder.
