Three Cent Nickels
1873 3CN Open 3 MS66 PCGS. This is a well-preserved example with satiny silver luster and no major abrasions. The obverse is well-defined, although the reverse is weak on portions of the wreath and central Roman numerals, suggesting that the die was partially clogged with grease. The obverse is heavily clashed, but the Open 3 logotype of the date is easily identifiable. Population: 5 in 66 (1 in 66+), 0 finer (2/17).
