This Premium Gem CAC coin displays bold date numerals and shield rivets, but the strike is weak on Liberty's ear and on the right-hand reverse stars. Lovely champagne toning graces frosty luster on each side, and there are no distracting abrasions. Finer examples of this underappreciated date are rare. Population: 37 in 66 (1 in 66+), 3 finer.
